Partial Remains Found In Burnaby, BC, Park Are Human, RCMP Say

    BURNABY, B.C. — Partial human remains have been found at a park in Burnaby, B.C.
     
     
    RCMP say they were called Tuesday morning by someone who made the grisly discovery in a wooded area of Confederation Park.
     
     
    Officers have since confirmed that the partial remains are human.
     
     
    The remains have not yet been identified and police say it's too early to say how they came to be located in the park.
     
     
    Mounties say there is currently nothing to indicate any danger to the public.
     
     
    Police are expected to remain in the park for several days, continuing their investigation.
