Quebec Premier Philippe Couillard will shuffle his cabinet on Thursday for the first time since taking power in 2014.
 
Rumours have been swirling for some time at the legislature in Quebec City that Couillard would be changing things up.
 
Opposition parties have also been urging him to shuffle the deck.
 
The Liberals were elected with a majority government in April 2014.
