Shortly after 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, Richmond RCMP officers, responded to the area of Fraserbank Place in east Richmond, after reports of gun shots being fired.
Via release, Mounties believe that it was a targeted shooting. A dark coloured pickup truck was observed fleeing the scene and investigators have located an abandoned vehicle suspected of being involved in the incident in Surrey.
There are no reported injuries at this time.
Police say the girl refused the offer made while she was walking near the Steveston United Church late yesterday afternoon. They say she refused again when man then offered money as an enticement for a ride and immediately notified her mother after she arrived home.
