Saanich Police are investigating a sexual assault in a campus washroom at the University of Victoria.
A safety bulletin issued by the university says the victim was assaulted in a men’s washroom on the first floor of a campus building on Tuesday morning.
The suspect -- described as a “heavy-set” male who was at least sixty years old -- fled after the attack.
The school says the university grounds are patrolled around the clock and campus security will be “closely monitoring” the area where the assault happened.

There will also be an immediate one-time $2 billion top-up to this year's Canada Health Transfer to help provinces ease the intense pressure on emergency rooms and children's hospitals. Provinces can also get $1.7 billion over five years to increase wages for personal support workers in long-term care and home care.
