Sapphire Bistro is a vision crafted by Gary Sandhu and Gurminder Behniwal to bring forward the forgotten experience – the taste we have left thousands of miles behind us. The food is prepared keeping the same old tradition of fresh ingredients in mind that we all grew up with. After visiting many hotels in and around town, the lack of fresh food or good service encouraged Sandhu and Behniwal to open their own restaurant.
Vancouver and the Lower Mainland have so many diverse options and international cuisines to choose from – we are extremely lucky in our foodie quests in British Columbia.
