Shrikhand Motichoor Laddoos Parfait with Edible Flowers

  • Shrikhand Motichoor Laddoos Parfait with Edible Flowers

Ingredients: 

2 cups hung yogurt or Greek thick yogurt 
1/2 cup to 1 cup cane sugar 
2 ground cardamoms 
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 
1/2 cup almonds 
1 teaspoon saffron infused in 1 tablespoon warm milk 
4-5 motichoor laddoos  

Directions: 

1. To hung yogurt, add sugar, cardamom, nutmeg, and almonds. Any other nuts can be added. Add the saffron-infused milk to the mix. 
2. Now, in a glass container, start layering the yogurt mix and crushed laddoos. To the last layer, add whole laddoos garnished with edible flowers if you like. 
3. Serve chilled.
