In the lead-up to Canada's long-awaited legalization of marijuana this July, Sayegh's pop-up in Vancouver will help to spread awareness of the benefits of incorporating cannabis into dining. The event includes an eight-course menu that infuses cannabis into dishes featuring freshly caught seafood, foraged produce, and ingredients sourced from local farmers and growers, complemented by pairings of B.C. wine. The dinner will conclude with a live musical performance created just for the evening. Savegh will host two dinners on consecutive nights, each accommodating up to 60 guests. The dinners will begin at 7pm, and their location will be revealed to ticketholders just prior to the event.
