Beginning today, COVID-19 Mouth Rinse/Gargle Sample Collection kits will be available in all elementary and secondary schools in the Surrey School District.
Police found 20-year-old Keryane Arsenault suffering from gunshot wounds when they arrived at scene of the shooting around 9pm. She was transported to hospital but succumbed to her injuries.
